Case Study
Make a plea for a traffic offence
​
Allowing members of the public charged with low level motoring offences to send online guilty or not guilty pleas to the court hearing their case.
For the majority of these cases the defendant no longer needs to come to court. It is delivering significant cost savings to HMCTS by drastically reducing the cost per transaction. It is also freeing up huge amounts of court time and resources.
Nordberg were instrumental in taking this product from discovery through to passing the GDS live assessment on the Digital Service Standard.
The team continued to develop the MVP whilst supporting the national roll out in courts throughout England and Wales.
